Wing Construction

Pearlescent Wings

This construction kit combines ABS, metal, and PVC. Its wings are 0.15 mm thick, with a pearlescent finish, blue markings, and champagne-colored detailing. The broad upper wings sit above smaller lower wings with long, tapered tips. Fine outlines follow their edges, leaving the pale, translucent surfaces visible between the patterns.

Powered Movement

Touch Control and Wing Motion

One tap on the brass switch starts the butterfly's flapping wings. A miniature planetary gear motor powers the movement while the insect remains perched on the rosebud. The control sits on top of the base, so this mechanical puzzle is easy to operate where it's displayed.

Rosebud and Antenna LEDs

An LED inside the rosebud lights its layered center in warm yellow, while small lights flicker at the antenna tips. The model runs on three 1.5V AAA batteries (LR03/AM4), which are purchased separately. Have them ready so you can check the lighting and movement once assembly is complete.
