Shipping policy
My Hobby Day offers tracked courier delivery. Exact shipping costs and the expected delivery date range, calculated for your specific order, are displayed at checkout after you enter your address and before payment.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 2 business days, Monday through Friday.
Orders placed before 4:00 PM Warsaw time begin processing on the same day. Orders placed after 4:00 PM Warsaw time begin processing on the next business day.
Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays begin processing on the next business day.
Once processing is complete, the order is handed over to the courier service.
The expected delivery time is calculated based on the order date and time, processing time, and courier transit time. The actual delivery date range is displayed at checkout after you enter your address and before payment.
Countries, Costs, and Delivery Times
The table below indicates:
- the expected total time from order placement to delivery;
- the courier shipping cost;
- the minimum order value for free shipping.
The stated cost applies to orders shipped as a single package. If items from a single order are shipped in multiple packages, the cost is calculated according to the rules in Section 3.

Free Shipping and Split Orders
The free shipping threshold is calculated based on the total value of items in the order after all discounts are applied. Taxes included in the item prices count toward the threshold. The free shipping threshold applies to the entire order, not to each individual package.
If items in a single order are located at different warehouses, the order may be split into multiple packages. In this case, the customer will see the following at checkout:
- which items are included in each package;
- the expected delivery time for each package;
- the shipping cost for each package.
These packages may be shipped and delivered on different days.
If the order value reaches the established free shipping threshold for the country, all packages within the order are delivered free of charge. If the free shipping threshold is not met, the shipping cost is calculated separately for each package and summed up. The total final cost is displayed at checkout before payment.
Delivery Tracking
Once a package is shipped, a tracking number is sent to the email address provided at checkout. If an order is split into multiple packages, each package receives a separate tracking number. After the tracking number is assigned, tracking information may not appear immediately on the courier's website.
Until the package is physically received by the customer or a designated third party, My Hobby Day bears the risk of accidental loss or damage to the goods.
Potential Delays
Delivery times may be extended during holidays, sales, or periods of high demand. If an extended delivery time is known at the time of ordering, the expected delivery dates are displayed before payment.
If an order is not delivered within the timeframe specified at checkout, the customer may contact My Hobby Day customer support. This does not limit the customer's rights under applicable law.
Customs and Additional Fees
My Hobby Day orders are shipped from our partners' regional warehouses located in Australia, Canada, Germany, Spain, the United Kingdom, the United States, Poland, and Estonia. For each market, we use a warehouse located in the destination country or within the respective customs territory. Therefore, the customer does not need to pay additional import duties or customs fees upon receiving the order.
No additional fees are charged for order processing or delivery to remote areas. All shipping costs payable by the customer are calculated in advance and displayed at checkout before payment.
Shipping Address
The customer is responsible for providing the correct recipient name, address, zip/postal code, city, country, phone number, and other contact details at checkout. If a package is returned to the sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, reshipment is arranged upon agreement with the customer and payment of the actual reshipment cost. This rule does not apply if the error was made by My Hobby Day or the courier service.
