1. General Provisions
These Terms of Service govern the use of the My Hobby Day online store, available at https://myhobby.day/, as well as the placement and fulfilment of orders for products offered through the online store.
The My Hobby Day online store is operated by:

In these Terms, KING TRADE Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością is also referred to as “My Hobby Day”, “we”, “us”, “our” or the “Seller”.
A person who uses the website or purchases products through it is referred to as the “User” or the “Buyer”, depending on the context.
These Terms do not limit any mandatory consumer rights granted under applicable law.
2. Scope of These Terms
These Terms apply to:
- the use of the My Hobby Day website;
- services provided electronically through the website;
- the placement of orders;
- contracts for the sale of products concluded through My Hobby Day;
- order-related electronic communications and customer service.
Certain matters are also governed by other My Hobby Day policies, including:
If additional specific terms are provided for a particular product, offer, promotion or order, those terms apply together with these Terms.
Mandatory provisions of applicable law take precedence over any provisions of these Terms.
3. Acceptance of the Terms
By using the website, the User is required to comply with the provisions of these Terms that relate to the use of the website.
Simply visiting the website does not constitute the conclusion of a sales contract.
When placing an order, the Buyer is given the opportunity to review the terms of the purchase before becoming obliged to make payment.
By placing an order through the online store and confirming it in the manner provided during the checkout process, the Buyer confirms their intention to purchase the selected products under the terms presented before the order is placed.
4. Electronic Services and Technical Requirements
My Hobby Day provides electronic functions through the website that are necessary, in particular, for:
- viewing products and information about them;
- searching for and selecting products;
- using the shopping cart;
- placing orders;
- sending messages through the contact form.
If additional electronic functions are made available on the website, the terms governing their use may be provided directly alongside the relevant function.
To use the website properly, a device with internet access and an up-to-date web browser are required. Certain website functions may require support for JavaScript, cookies and other standard web technologies.
To place an order, the Buyer must provide the information required to process the order and payment, arrange delivery and communicate regarding the order.
It is prohibited to transmit through the website any unlawful content, malicious software code or other materials that violate applicable law or the rights of third parties.
The User may stop using the free electronic functions of the website at any time by discontinuing their use or closing the website.
Technical issues relating to the operation of the website or the electronic services provided through it may be reported to: info@myhobby.day
When reporting an issue, it is recommended to describe the problem and, where necessary for its investigation, provide information about the device, browser and circumstances in which the issue occurred.
5. Electronic Communications
In connection with the use of the website and orders placed through it, My Hobby Day may send the Buyer electronic communications necessary to perform the contract or process a request.
Such communications may include, in particular:
- order confirmations;
- payment information;
- order processing information;
- shipping notifications;
- parcel tracking information;
- information about returns or refunds;
- responses from customer support.
Communications may be sent, in particular, to the email address provided by the Buyer.
The Buyer is responsible for providing accurate contact information and must promptly notify My Hobby Day if an error is discovered.
6. Products and Product Information
The main characteristics of each product are provided on the relevant product page.
Before placing an order, the Buyer should review the description, images, contents, dimensions, age recommendations, assembly requirements and any other information provided for the specific product, where applicable.
The characteristics of different products and models may vary. Information relating to one product or product series should not be regarded as applying to all products sold by My Hobby Day.
Products must be used in accordance with any applicable instructions, warnings and recommendations provided by the manufacturer.
7. Prices, Currencies and Taxes
The price of a product is displayed on the website in the currency applicable to the relevant market or selected version of the store.
My Hobby Day supports different currencies depending on the delivery country.
Applicable taxes are taken into account in accordance with the selected market and legal requirements. The final amount payable by the Buyer is displayed before the order is placed.
Shipping costs are calculated separately based on the delivery address and the contents of the order.
After entering the delivery address and before payment, the Buyer is shown:
- the cost of the products;
- applicable discounts;
- shipping costs;
- applicable taxes, if displayed separately;
- the total order amount.
The Buyer is not required to pay any shipping costs that were not presented before the order was placed, except where expressly provided for by mandatory law.
8. Placing an Order and Conclusion of the Contract
To purchase a product, the Buyer selects the product, adds it to the shopping cart and completes the checkout process provided on the website.
Before finally placing the order, the Buyer has the opportunity to review the information about the selected products and the total cost of the order.
The order is placed using a button or similar function that clearly indicates that placing the order creates an obligation to pay.
Unless expressly stated otherwise during checkout, the sales contract is considered concluded after the order has been successfully placed and My Hobby Day has sent an order confirmation to the Buyer’s email address.
The order confirmation contains, or makes it possible to identify, the main details of the order placed.
If My Hobby Day is unable to fulfil an order due to circumstances that become known after the order has been placed, the Buyer will be informed. Any amounts paid for a product or order that cannot be fulfilled will be refunded in accordance with applicable law and the payment method used.
9. Payment
The available payment methods are displayed to the Buyer during the checkout process.
Payment transactions for My Hobby Day may be processed, in particular, through:
- Shopify Payments;
- PayPal.
The specific payment methods available to the Buyer may depend on the selected market, currency and other conditions of the payment provider and are displayed before the order is placed.
My Hobby Day does not require the Buyer to use a payment method that was not offered during the checkout process.
Payment providers may apply their own technical security, authorisation and payment verification procedures.
The use of an external payment provider does not limit My Hobby Day’s liability as the Seller towards the Buyer in cases provided for by law.
10. Order Processing, Delivery and Tracking
The processing and delivery of orders are governed in detail by the My Hobby Day Shipping Policy.
After the delivery address has been entered and before payment, the Buyer is shown the shipping cost applicable to the specific order and the expected delivery date range.
Orders are delivered by courier services with tracking available.
If products within the same order are located at different order processing locations, the order may be divided into several parcels. These parcels may:
- be shipped separately;
- be delivered on different dates;
- have separate tracking numbers.
After the relevant parcel has been shipped, tracking information is sent to the email address provided during checkout.
Until the product is physically received by the Buyer or by a third party designated by the Buyer who is not the carrier, the risk of accidental loss of or damage to the product remains with My Hobby Day, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
Detailed rules concerning order processing, delivery, free shipping, split shipments, tracking and possible delays are set out in the Shipping Policy.
11. Right of Return and Withdrawal from the Contract
My Hobby Day allows products to be returned within 30 calendar days from the date the order is received, in accordance with the Refund Policy.
No reason needs to be given when returning a product that is not defective.
If products from the same order are delivered separately or on different dates, the return period is calculated from the date on which the last product from the relevant order is received.
To make a return, the Buyer must notify My Hobby Day of their decision to return the product within the applicable period.
Notification may be made by any clear means permitted under applicable law, including by email or through the My Hobby Day contact form.
For contracts concluded through an online interface, My Hobby Day also provides an electronic means of withdrawing from the contract where such functionality is required by applicable law.
After receiving the return notification, My Hobby Day provides return instructions and a prepaid return shipping label.
Please do not send the product back before receiving return instructions and a return shipping label from My Hobby Day.
After notifying My Hobby Day of the return, the product must be handed over for return shipment without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days from the date of the notification.
12. Return Shipping Costs and Refunds
Return shipping under the return procedure set out in the Refund Policy is arranged and paid for by My Hobby Day.
The Buyer is provided with a prepaid return shipping label.
The cost of such return shipping is not deducted from the refund amount.
My Hobby Day does not charge a return fee or restocking fee.
Refunds are made using the same payment method that was used for the original purchase.
My Hobby Day issues the refund without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days from the date the return notification is received.
My Hobby Day may withhold the refund until the returned product has been received or proof of return shipment has been provided, whichever occurs first.
The rules governing refunds of the original shipping cost in the case of a full or partial return are set out in detail in the Refund Policy.
After My Hobby Day issues the refund, the time required for the funds to be credited may depend on the bank, card issuer or payment system used.
13. Reduction in the Value of a Returned Product
The Buyer has the right to inspect the product to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.
If the handling of the product goes beyond what is necessary for such inspection and results in a reduction in its value, the refund amount may be reduced by the amount of the actual loss in value to the extent permitted by applicable law.
This provision does not limit the Buyer’s mandatory rights.
14. Damaged, Incorrect or Incomplete Products and Complaints
If a product received by the Buyer:
- is damaged;
- is defective;
- does not match the order;
- is incomplete;
- otherwise does not conform to the contract,
the Buyer should contact My Hobby Day customer support.
The Buyer should provide the order number and describe the issue.
To review the complaint, My Hobby Day may request photographs of the product, damage, contents or packaging where these are objectively necessary to assess the specific issue.
If an issue involving a missing part can be resolved by sending the missing part, My Hobby Day may arrange for the missing part to be sent free of charge.
If the product needs to be returned, the necessary return shipping will be arranged at My Hobby Day’s expense.
The 30-day standard return period does not limit the Buyer’s rights in relation to a product that does not conform to the contract.
My Hobby Day is liable for a product’s non-conformity with the contract for a period of 2 years from the date the product is delivered to the Buyer, in accordance with the applicable consumer protection rules governing the sale.
In cases provided for by law, the Buyer may request:
- repair of the product;
- replacement of the product;
- a price reduction;
- withdrawal from the contract and a refund.
The necessary costs of repairing, replacing and transporting a product that does not conform to the contract are borne by My Hobby Day.
A response to a consumer complaint will be provided within 14 calendar days from the date it is received in cases where the relevant statutory response period applies.
15. Order Cancellation and Product Exchanges
An order may be cancelled before it is handed over to the carrier.
If the order has not yet been handed over to the carrier and can be cancelled, the amounts paid will be refunded using the same payment method that was used to pay for the order.
Once the order has been handed over to the carrier, it may not be technically possible to stop the delivery.
This does not deprive the Buyer of the right to notify My Hobby Day of withdrawal from the contract and return the product in accordance with the Refund Policy and applicable law.
My Hobby Day does not offer direct exchanges of one product for another.
If the Buyer requires a different product, the original product must be returned in accordance with the applicable procedure and the new product must be purchased as a separate order.
Refusing to accept a parcel or failing to collect it does not, by itself, constitute notification to My Hobby Day of the Buyer’s decision to withdraw from the contract.
16. Intellectual Property
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the website, its structure, texts, graphics, design elements, logos, photographs, software components and other content are protected by applicable intellectual property rights belonging to My Hobby Day, the relevant rights holders or licensors.
The User may view and use the website in the ordinary manner for personal and lawful purposes.
Without the prior permission of the relevant rights holder, it is prohibited to commercially use, reproduce, distribute, modify or otherwise exploit protected materials from the website, except where expressly permitted by law.
This provision does not limit rights provided by law, including applicable quotation rights and other permitted forms of use.
Trademarks and names of third-party brands displayed on the website belong to their respective rights holders.
17. Third-Party Links and Services
The website may contain links to third-party websites, applications or services.
My Hobby Day does not control the content of independent third-party websites and is not responsible for their own terms of use, content or personal data processing practices.
The User accesses external websites at their own discretion.
If third parties are involved in processing a payment, delivering an order or carrying out another transaction related to a My Hobby Day order, this does not release My Hobby Day from its obligations as the Seller towards the Buyer to the extent provided by the contract and applicable law.
18. Rules for Using the Website
The User must use the website lawfully and in a manner that does not interfere with its proper operation or use by other persons.
In particular, it is prohibited to:
- distribute malicious software through the website;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website’s systems;
- interfere with the operation of the website or its infrastructure;
- use the website for unlawful activities;
- systematically collect data by automated means in violation of the law or the rights of My Hobby Day;
- provide unlawful content or infringe the rights of third parties.
My Hobby Day may take reasonable technical and legal measures to protect the website, its users and its infrastructure against misuse.
19. Website Availability
My Hobby Day aims to maintain the normal availability of the online store but does not guarantee that the website will operate continuously without any technical interruptions.
Access to individual website functions may be temporarily restricted due to maintenance, updates, security matters, technical failures or circumstances beyond the reasonable control of My Hobby Day.
Such restrictions do not terminate or reduce My Hobby Day’s obligations under sales contracts already concluded and do not limit the mandatory rights of Buyers.
20. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits My Hobby Day’s liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.
In particular, these Terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights relating to:
- the conformity of products with the contract;
- product returns;
- refunds;
- damage to or loss of products before the transfer of risk;
- liability for damage in cases provided for by law.
My Hobby Day is not responsible for the inability to use a third-party website or service that is not controlled by My Hobby Day, except where liability for the relevant service or transaction is imposed on My Hobby Day under applicable law.
Nothing on the website should be interpreted as a waiver by the Buyer of any mandatory consumer rights.
21. Privacy
Personal data is processed in accordance with the My Hobby Day Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law.
The Buyer is required to provide accurate information necessary for the placement and fulfilment of an order.
Information about the purposes and legal bases of data processing, retention periods and the rights of data subjects is provided in the Privacy Policy.
22. Circumstances Beyond Reasonable Control
My Hobby Day is not liable for a delay or failure to perform an obligation to the extent that it is directly caused by circumstances beyond My Hobby Day’s reasonable control, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
Such circumstances may include, for example, serious disruptions to transport or telecommunications infrastructure, emergencies or actions by public authorities.
This section does not limit the Buyer’s rights arising from a delay, non-delivery of a product or inability to perform the contract under mandatory applicable law.
23. Changes to These Terms
My Hobby Day may amend these Terms from time to time, for example, due to:
- changes in applicable law;
- changes to website functionality;
- changes in the way services are provided;
- the need to clarify or correct provisions of these Terms.
The current version is published on this page together with the date of the latest update.
Changes to these Terms do not retroactively alter the terms of a sales contract that has already been concluded, unless otherwise required by mandatory law or separately agreed with the Buyer.
The version of the Terms and purchase information provided to the Buyer when placing the relevant order applies to that order, subject to mandatory provisions of applicable law.
24. Language Versions
My Hobby Day operates in multiple markets and may provide the website and related documents in several languages.
The Buyer should use the language version provided for the selected market and checkout process.
When interpreting different language versions, no provision may be used to limit mandatory consumer rights granted under applicable law.
25. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and contracts concluded with KING TRADE Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością are governed by the laws of Poland to the extent that such a choice of law is permitted under applicable law.
If the Buyer is a consumer, the choice of Polish law does not deprive the Buyer of the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which the Buyer habitually resides, where those provisions apply to the relevant contract.
Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts competent under applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms requires a consumer to bring a dispute exclusively before a Polish court where applicable law gives the consumer the right to bring proceedings before a court in another competent jurisdiction.
The parties may attempt to resolve a dispute directly through My Hobby Day customer support before bringing court proceedings. This does not limit the Buyer’s right to use any remedies available under applicable law.
If applicable law gives the Buyer access to an out-of-court consumer dispute resolution procedure, that option remains available under the conditions provided by the relevant law.
26. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, this does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions to the extent that they can continue to apply independently.
Any invalid provision will apply or be interpreted only to the extent permitted by mandatory law.
